Summary: Timing Orbit does not require an account, and does not collect your name, email, contacts, or location. Your gameplay progress (scores, orbs, unlocked skins) is stored only on your device. To keep the game free, Timing Orbit shows ads served by third-party advertising partners, which may use device and advertising identifiers as described below.

1. Information We Collect Directly

Timing Orbit does not ask you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Gameplay data — high scores, orb balances, unlocked cosmetics, combo records, and audio/settings preferences — is stored locally on your device using standard local storage. We do not operate a server that stores this data, and we cannot access it.

2. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs

Timing Orbit is an ad-supported free app. To display ads and keep the game free, the app integrates one or more third-party advertising and mediation SDKs. Depending on the version of the app you are using, this may include:

These partners may collect device identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA, when permitted), IP address, coarse device and app information, and ad interaction data (such as impressions and clicks) in order to serve and measure ads, and — where you have given permission — to personalize the ads you see. 3. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS, Timing Orbit will request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any advertising identifier (IDFA) is used for tracking or personalized advertising. If you decline this permission, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using your device's advertising identifier. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

4. Device Features

Sound effects are generated locally using the device's audio engine, and haptic feedback uses the device's built-in taptic engine. Timing Orbit does not access your microphone, camera, contacts, or location.

5. Children's Privacy

Timing Orbit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

6. Your Choices & Data Control

You can reset all locally stored game progress at any time from Settings > Data > Reset All Game Progress in the app.
You can limit ad personalization at any time via your device's tracking and advertising settings.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored gameplay data from your device.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
